That warning can occur if you didn't run "scripts/updateSCCSVersions" once
on your fresh clone
(as described in the repo README, but its a common miss)

Its not normal.  Try updateSCCSVersions first and then we'll see if there
is still a problem to sort out.

think updateSCCSVersions provides them.
