Yes, this is a FonePhish (gotta love it!) .. and the number was 
supposed to have been shut down this morning.  Tries to lure you in to 
entering your CC number, PIN, and CVV2 .. then 'verify' the number.  
Of course, it says it's not a valid number and ... and ...

New twist.  I'm sure it worked .. just like the B of A phish that had you 
*forward* your fone to the scammer as part of the 'verification' process.
