What I want to know is 1) why doesn't
International Telcom, Ltd. have an abuse address?
2) why they NEVER respond, 3) why International
Telcom, Ltd. has more scam/spam related contact
numbers than any other telecom, 4) why FCC does
not respond to complaints about International
Telcom, Ltd. and their association with
scam/spam/fonephish... Inquiring minds just want
to know ;-)
