rpmbuild will run, apparently successfully (though not on the -70 rpm
src rpm); rpm2cpio will run. Chunking out the /bin/rpm from the -68
rpms and manually copying it to /bin doesn't solve the problem.
rpm -q db4 gives
db4-4.0.14-20
which is current.
