This is what I see it as also.  Of note, if there are any newer versions of 
RHEL WS released within that timeframe, you get a free upgrade to it.  You 
don't have to pay any more.  Basically you are subscribing to Red Hat 
Enterprise Workstation, no matter what form it takes within that year, you 
continue to get it.
