I did a quick dictionary lookup on Phoebe and Shrike.

phoebe n. Any of several medium-sized birds of the genus Sayornis, of North America, noted for the flicking motion of the tail.

shrike n. Any of various carnivorous oscine birds of the family Laniidae, having a screeching call and a strong hooked bill with a toothlike projection and often impaling its prey on sharp-pointed thorns or barbs of wire fencing.

So they're both birds.
