Friends,

It has come to my attention that some remarks were made about Phono-L
and me on another phonograph list that were, to say the least,
inaccurate. The moderator of that list would have people believe that
Phono-L is full of sniping and bickering, spinning into chaos, with me
as a heavy handed list meister (my paraphrase, not his).

I've always considered Phono-L like a kitchen table - come in, grab a
brewski (or ice tea), sit around with your friends and talk about recent
finds, etc.

For those of you on both lists, you know the truth. I don't feel that I
need to defend why Phono-L exists or how I run it. Just don't believe
the revisionist history that's being spread over there.

Regards,
Loran
