For anybody visiting Prague until end January 2004.
Just been to Prague to see excellent exhibition of many rare talking machines
from collection of Wilfried Sator and Gabriel Goessel .
Wilfried Sator is a German collector and Gabriel Goessel is a Czech.
His entire needle tin collection (Many came from me) is also on display .
Gabriel produces the needle tin calendars.
Pictures following very soon.
Don't miss this if in Prague , its right in the centre of Prague and easy to
find
- dispay is by a professional media group and is wonderful.
Details from me.

Jerry's find is the very FIRST Victrola style, whose cabinet was manufactured
by Pooley in Philadelphia

I am an Edison guy, but is neat to read about all of the other phono related
items on here. Congratulations, again, Jerry. I guess this would be like me
finding one of the large, prewar Diamond Disk machines, with inlay.

back corner,so yes there are good finds still avaliable, and if i would of said

Has anyone heard of Windham Phonographs ?

The seller says patent date is 1910 and the manufacturer is in Pennsylvania.

I haven't seen the unit yet. It is appox. 48" tall and 22" square.

Thanks for any help or guidance.
