I didn't get this particular message, but got one very very close to it. In
fact- I didn't respond and got the message sent to me like five times.  Then
it stopped just as fast as it started. I think eBay is very clear in saying
that they will not ask for this type of information through email.

In general- DO NOT answer any email verifying this type of information.
Unless an email or link takes you "directly" to an SSL (HTTPS) site where
you update information directly on the site- Don't answer it!  Not just
eBay.

I just received an e-mail asking me to sign in to verify my account for eBay
which I did not and sent it to eBay and they told me it was a fraud.  I just
wanted to warn people.  The letter is below and the graphics looked real.
