Hi Dave I would have to say it is real. Here is some info, and I have attached two pictures of other antique Sessions Co. clock with similar advertising, from the Antique Clock Guide online. In 1903, the Sessions Clock Company began operation and produced mantle and kitchen clocks. In 1958, the company was sold and the new company continued to produce clocks until 1958. John Robles

The condition looks untouched, even has a load of dust on top. I think this was in storage for a half century or more! The dial is slightly aged and original as is the hands. The movement is marked Sessions and is dirty. The bottom drop has a crack and two holes drilled probably to stabilize. It has about 85% of the label on back and comes with a key marked Sessions.
