I don't reveal my reserve prices.  I tell those that ask that it wouldn't be 
fair to the other bidders for me to reveal it to only one person.  I  tell 
them that the reserve I have set is reasonable.  It is based on prices that 
similar pieces have sold for and is below the average retail price I have 
seen.  If your item doesn't meet the reserve price you have the option of 
either relisting or negotiating with the high bidder.
