I can blame them. Just because the rest of the world seems content with mediocrity doesn't mean I have to be, and neither should they. They know they're being watched by people who will call them when they bluff. They have no excuses as far as I'm concerned. Why bother getting any good appraisers if they're not ALL going to be up to snuff?
That said, I still enjoy the show very much. I just have to suspend the disbelief a little, like watching anything out of Hollywood.
