Sadly, more people than you might think. My wife knows a lady that bought several of the new Oregon state quarters for a buck each from an unknown individual on a street corner - simply because he told her that the banks were going to hoard them. Now, she didn't know this guy from Adam and didn't stop to wonder how he got a good supply of the new quarters if they weren't in circulation. She just automatically pulled out her purse and forked over $5 for $1.25 in quarters. Loran
