I can only wish that all contractors would act with the honesty, expertise and helpfulness as my collecting colleagues who occasionally repair phono stuff for me!
Here's one I would never have believed possible - plumber not only charges for work not done, he's too lazy to leave the loft where he's working so urinates in the customers water tank (drinking, bathing, washing water.......)
