Hi Gregg,

All you can do is to send a letter to the mailing address where you shipped
the phonograph. I would not deal with the second man as it sounds to me
like he is trying to take the phonograph. If the item came back with
postage due, pay it from the original payment he sent you.

If you cannot contact Claude Sergant you have no choice but to keep the
money until he contacts you again to see what he wants.

If you deal with breem ruddy it would seem to me that you are dealing with a
second person and would still owe the first person. This almost sounds like
a scam that failed since you did not fall for it. If Claude Sergant is no
longer a registered user perhaps the second person took over Claude
Sergant's account without his knowledge and did something to get it closed.

I would appreciate you letting me know what happens.

Steve
