I felt the same way Peter, and I even recommended the "service" to others.  As 
I said before I hope it never happens to you but if it does you'll understand.  
It looks like you didn't even read my post.  We didn't do anything illegal. WE 
just broke a rule that was not in force apparently when we signed up.  Do a 
Google on Paypal complaints sometime.  I am not alone
