what's the dollar amount limit?  i've sold several things for over $2000
and have never encountered this.

when did this automatic "upgrade" to a business account take place?  it
didn't happen to me.  i remember a solicitation or two to agree to
something like that, but i declined.

gee, i really MUST be doing something wrong.  paypal isn't screwing me
at all.
