[Phono-L] blue Amberol record cases

I know the list can answer my question on the blue amberol record cases.
I hadn't thought about it until last night but was wondering the different
cases that there are for the blue cylinders. I have 3 different color
cylinder boxes.
Can someone tell me which case came first/year.
I guess after about 4 years of collecting I should know this but never
thought about it.
