Eric: Did you get the spring that goes between the copper diaphragm and the stylus-bar? It is critical for decent operation and lessens damage to the black wax Amberols. I just noticed that I did not see one as I looked today at the pictures you posted. For some unknown reason I could not view them last evening.
The only "new" photo of an N from the Frow/Sefl book to the Companion book was my Gem E and the other shots of my N variations still were not used. Happy Thanksgiving to all on the list, Al
