Hi Steve and List,
I never could make myself get rid of ALL of my phongraphs. So, I kept
the family's Victor Victrola VI table model, as it has been in the
family since new. And to have one good phonograph to listen to my
collection of 78's, which I did not sell, I also kept a Victor
Othophonic Credenza. The early type with only two doors. After I rebuilt
the reproducer, it is a great sounding phonograh and with a VE
recording, will knock your socks off. It's not as great looking as the
external horn machines, but it sounded the best of all of my machines at
the time.
