It is indeed a maze, but after going to eBay Services, one can search through the security options, one of which relates to fradulent listings. After submittng a kind of bone-bare complaint you should see and hit on the word "Email" where more detailed information can be filed, such as seller's handle, item number and exact nature of complaint. Again the more who complain the better. GOOD LUCK!!!
