Greetings Brice: I am sorry to hear that you are forced to part with your Edison School Model. I hope you get a good price for it. The reason I am writing is to see if you would post the serial numbers you have. I am not interested in who owns them so they could remain anonymous. My machine is #3508 and the other two machines I know of in the San Francisco area are both just above the 3500 number. One was #3512 and the other was #3514 if memory serves.
The boxes were almost always missing from the machines that I have seen. My machine, as pictured on page 113 of the Frow & Sefl book, has the boxes but were missing the lids to the boxes. Best of luck to you, Al
