I would like to address this question to the entire phono-l
community: I've replaced main springs in numerous makes and models
of phonographs over the years, some being a breeze and others being a
pain, and it has never occurred to me until reading these recently
posted comments about how different suppliers can make THAT much of a
difference in the accuracy of the reproduction springs. Perhaps I
should be using my micrometer more and not having as much faith in
the suppliers.

Question is: For consistency of quality and accuracy, can you
recommend one or two reliable suppliers for replacement springs?

Many thanks in advance,
Andy Baron
