Special? well, that depends how you look at it. If you are new to Ebay, it dosen't matter what a cylinder is worth, it is what someone is willing to pay for it.. These cylinders are scarce, but has anyone put a price on them? These people have decided that, with all their money, they will own these cylinders. So, most of us are excluded. Does it matter? No. I have picked up "very scarce" cylinders just by hitting Flea Mkts an antique shops. So therefore, if you are lazy and only bid on Ebay..........shame on you.
