Regarding tuning of the strings I have read in some publications that the strings are just for optical but not sound enhanement reasons. Or someone could play the strings with the music... Maybe the experts know more. I used to have a Klingsor but could not find any effect on the strings from the sound. Thanks Friedhelm, I don't expect much of an effect from the strings but I would like to try to tune them anyway. You know..It's a restoration thing! ---Art
