The Columbia belts are generally about a half inch wide and contain three rows
of stitching that run the length of the belt. I don't know anyone that is
reproducing this type of belting material, I wish someone would. It is very
intresting stuff.
If you don't have any luck on this, I do have a sheet of very thin leather from
which I cut my own belt material, and I can custon cut you a belt of the
correct width. I have a Columbia BE and I got it with Edison standard width
belting, and that doesn't really work too well because the upper pulley on the
Columbia Lyric machines are not flat surfaced, but have a slight swell to them
and Edison style belts tend to travel on these pulleys.

Drive belts are usually made on site from a strip of leather whose ends are
feathered and glued together. Is there something special about this one?
