Hi Robert, I used to be a coin collector also, the dime is beautiful, one of the nicest I have seen but I would rather a friend had it as I cannot see paying that much for it. Hi All, I would like to contact a collector named John Self . . . or a last name very similar to that. I think he contacted me about a part two months ago but accidently erased the message and couldn't recall the name until tonight. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. <:)> Wayne H My website is at http://www.phonomantiques.com/ From [email protected] Sun Aug 19 05:12:51 2007 From: [email protected] (Robert Plavzic) Date: Sun Aug 19 05:14:58 2007 Subject: [Phono-L] wow. And of course increasing my confusion as to how the human mind works! :-) I had seen a crapophone on a stand at a flea market I was attending, for around $500. A few rounds later there was a family standing in front of it heavily debating wether to buy it or not. Very discreetly I explained to the husband why the machine was a fake. They could not get the $500 fast enough out of the wallet as they thought they were onto something big, and I was the competition that wanted to detract them from their prize find and then buy it myself. Makes one wonder. Lets hope that they have since seen Lorans crapophone page and experienced that sinking feeling!
