only thing worse than that is the anxious/insecure/greedy and/or  
confused seller who makes a firm deal, then sells the item out from  
under that buyer (for more money or not).  they usually have some lame  
excuse like "i tried to contact you and couldn't so i assumed you were  
no longer interested" - when the so-called attempt is an email that  
isn't answered within a short time - of course there's no phone call  
made instead because somebody might answer the phone!
