My my, what a rare item, and with no other collectors, and the fact that parts 
are missing and it looks to the average non-collector like a piece of unwanted 
junk, or something that could be used as a crude "Boat Anchor", you will have 
an excellent shot of picking it up for next to nothing !! Good Luck, let us

I went back to auction house and took more pix. 
The back was loose so I removed it to take motor pic. 
It indeed has a brass mandrel and carries serial 9272.
