I don't know... but I must be one of the biggest fools on this forum. Whatever happened to the integrity of a verbal handshake? There have been a few times where somebody came behind me and offered more, one time a LOT more, (Zenith Stratosphere) but then there was that verbal handshake and people have always been true to their word and followed through. Maybe I'm just lucky or naieve or both. Bruce (still riding *on* the turnip truck:-)
