Phono Folks:
I have heard in the past that one can take an Edison Amberola 50 mechanism and drop it in an Amberola 30 case with no problem, and have a machine (sort of a hotrod" which has the attributes' of the longer playing 50 in a smaller case. Is this so? What modifications if any, is needed to do this?
