Hi Ron,I am not sure what the original crank should look like, since I haven't seen one either. I was told by Raphael of Musical Treasures of Miami, that the crank should be "S" shaped. It is a slip-off crank that has a shaft length of approx. 2 1/4-2 1/2" and a drop of approx. 3 1/4-3 1/2". The ID of the of the hole that slides over the shaft is 1/2" and has one curved slot to engage the shaft. I am sure that the crank on my machine is not original, since it has engine turning on the front and back of the crank and an oversized bulbous appearing crank handle. If I could find any other more suitable crank, "S" shaped or not, I could marry part of this crank to another to make it work, if necessary.Curt
