Hello Harvey, For a broken screw most of the time a screw extractor works.  On 
CHK tops oil it and wait until the next day and turn down from the top.  On the 
Victor reproducers I have not found one that would need to be drilled out yet, 
but the 1-56 takes a # 54 drill bit.  If you center the drill bit you should 
not damage the threads.   I have this set:
