Since he was asking 4x and agreed to $5 less than your offer of 3x, it probably 
has to do with the price. However, since he wants a video of the part actually 
being used in your restoration, who knows? A lot of people are using radio 
speakers for iPod docks and he might want to make sure that you aren't one of 
those people...
