I am having absolutly no luck downloading this book file. I tried clicking on the picture -got no more than three pages. So I tried just saving directly and got about 75% of the file whereupon a message appeared that the file could not be downloaded. Could someone please put the file in dropbox and send me the link -Please, pretty please?
