Thanks Steve, it is an excellent article and a most worthy project. I am sad 
taht the city won't get behind it with funding, nor answer inquiries from the 
reporter.

I thought others would like to read this article from today's  Philadelphia 
Inquirer on a "proposed" sculpture near the RCA/Victor site (now  just the 
Victor Apts.). Since there os no funding - or even a real site - it  will 
probably never happen but for those documenting everything RCA or Nipper  I 
thought yiu'd want to know.
