Hey there all helping,
 I got a very pleasant email from Eduardo.  He makes his own screws for the 
Music Master Wood Horns and I think it might be just safe to go with him plus I 
would rather give my business to a friend and fellow collector.

Any chart you find if it does not list the odd numbers you can still 
figure out which one it is. I just measured a new production brass round 
head slotted screw and the head on a #2 size is 0.155" which when 
polished and plated will be about as close as you can get.  Just the 
usual exception to odd number screws ...
