One is to wait for someone to act on your message to the Dojo list (although I suspect asking on a developer forum might be better). Another is to figure out how to get it into the ASF repo that is automatically synced to the Maven central repo. Also, when requesting that "Dojo" be added, you probably want to be more specific. As you know, there are different downloads, so there are different artifacts that someone might add to the repo.
