I can think of three ways of fixing this issue :

1) Use a ant script that download and process the dojo release (as we
used to do before)

2) deploy into our own maven repo (e.g see the one below from
Tuscany), and then have to maintain this in the future

3) wait and get it properly fixed by having this hosted in a public maven repo

It looks like 3 would be the best/proper solution, 1 is a good/quick
workaround, and 2 is the worst option for now.
