Where the ACL is controled ? in the UI or in the backend during a service
request for list of albums etc ?
If it's in the UI, I'd say this is somewhat expected, as we wouldn't want to
retrieve the user ACL on every single request to the backend and logout/login
is probably a reasonable tradeoff. If things are checked on the backend as part
of the service invocation, then we might do things better.
