Hi,

Happy New Year to All !!

Do we need to tweak the maven build ? What I think is that we simply have to
put LICENSE and NOTICES file in photark-webapp and photark-appengine-webapp
modules and it will be automatically included in the war file.

I think we can switch to distributing source, photark.war,
photark-appengine.war and stop distributing zip and tars.

thought ?
