Bug description: Date Command date("Y-m-t"); Not Correct with system time

Well i noticed in my database that all the times where set to 2002-28-02
and cheaked the code. All seams okay even the system is correct. I assume
that the date command has a bug in it. The text format like the day of the
week is correct but when you use the numbers its all wrong.
