Well, for starters your listed date and the date format you have listed
in the bug title aren't the same.
Y-m-t = Year{4} - Month - Day of Month
So let's try reworking your report.
Send the:
Expected Date Format
Actual Date Format
Code Snippet that actually makes the date inserted into your DB.
I somehow doubt this is a bug.

Well i noticed in my database that all the times where set to 2002-28-02
and cheaked the code. All seams okay even the system is correct. I
assume that the date command has a bug in it. The text format like the
day of the week is correct but when you use the numbers its all wrong.
