However, the version in question is still in common use and is shipped as part of RedHat 7.1, which is a very commonly used distribution. Upgrading an application server on a live site is a a step which should not be taken litely, and one which I am probably not going to do just so that I can verify for you whether or not this bug (which has not been previously reported) is already fixed.
