Installing libxml is not the solution in this case, as the user is specifically requesting that XML support not be added to their PHP install. Hopefully the fixes today also made XML support follow the --disable-all command! Marking back as open. Use --with-libxml-dir=<DIR> make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.
