I tell you that I am aware of the issue that the tests suite may result in sometimes different results because of this, and that's supposed to be like that to be able to test as much different combinations as possible (like Ilia said in [2]). Although I agree with Jon's [1] post that some settings should be hardcoded used ini_set().
