It is not acceptable to have one person blocking a development
process. David (dsp) was adding some of the only tests this extension
ever had, what was the reaction? The same as the one you had now. How
do you define that?

Now I took the initiative on my free time to fix this extension on
Windows while merging HEAD to 5.3. It happens that HEAD is currently
broken and that's why I did not commit the fix in HEAD first (and the
fix only as it is the usage). I explained this problem to you on IRC
and you agreed. Now it is your freedom to describe our work as crap,
but if you don't want other to touch your code, your work has nothing
to do in php-src but pecl.

I would like to get more team work and cooperation from you.
