Just to keep it consistent. Also the cvs log don't get funny with
certain people not putting the proper commit message in there..
If someone jumps off the cliff, do you have to do the same? :D

p.s. I currently don't have any bunnies. But I will buy one for just
this reason if I see another commit ONLY to a branch when it really
needs to be done in HEAD too.. >:-p
