ID: 8608 Updated by: sniper Reported By: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Status: Feedback Bug Type: Semaphore related Assigned To: Comments: I tried the example script found at http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.shmop.php with the latest CVS of PHP4 and it works just fine for me. Could you please try the latest CVS snapshot from http://snaps.php.net/ and if it crashes too, generate the GDB backtrace? --Jani Previous Comments: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2001-01-09 02:25:25] [EMAIL PROTECTED] Can you also make a backtrace? --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2001-01-09 01:24:34] [EMAIL PROTECTED] shm_write seems to cause a segfault in the module. (Apache 1.3.14, php4.0.3pl1). This seems to be the same for 4.0.4. Other shmop functions work though. including shm_size, shm_read, shm_open. I'll add info as I find more. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full Bug description available at: http://bugs.php.net/?id=8608 -- PHP Development Mailing List <http://www.php.net/> To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To contact the list administrators, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
