It's actually not that hard at all. It's more a matter of defining
exactly what we want it to do. And also figuring out what the guys who
are working on a new bug database are doing.
I think our current bug database is quite functional and most importantly
quite simple to use for everyone. It has served us well. We need to make
sure a rewrite isn't going to make this stuff overly complex.
